Mrs. Murphy

This is my 22nd year teaching at King Springs and my 11th year teaching Target. I enjoy being part of the King Springs family. On a personal note, I am a native Georgian (born right here in Cobb County) and I have never lived anywhere else. I have traveled a bit, but I always find my way back home. I am married and have a beautiful daughter, Haylie, who is in high school and is the apple of my eye. I also have 3 grown step daughters and I have a cat named Shadow.  I look forward to all this school year will bring.

Favorite Stores: TARGET! Of course! Hahaha...I also like Hobby Lobby and Michaels =)
                           
Favorite Restaurants: Olive Garden, Jim 'n Nicks, Taco Mac, US Cafe, McCray's Tavern, and pretty much any Thai restaurant

Favorite Snacks/Treats: Starbucks Pink Drink, pretty much anything milk chocolate, but I also love Dove dark chocolate; fresh fruit...and fruit dipped in chocolate is all the better... ;) 
    
Hobbies: Watching BRAVES baseball and Freddie Freeman is my favorite player!!!! =)
Painting (acrylic on canvas), amateur photography (mostly of my daughter), and crafting (nothing in particular; just whatever strikes my fancy in the moment...most recently, whatever inspires me on Pinterest...)

I also LOVE the beach (ANY beach!) :)
